Standard Service is:

• State of the art carpet cleaning system: we will use powerful twin vac, high pressure portable units
• Pre Inspection: Our technicians will inspect any areas of concern, as well as making a note of the carpet construction and the fibre content. The technicians will advise you of the possibility of any permanent stains.
• Pre vacuum. Your carpets will be vacuumed prior to cleaning to remove any loose soils.
• Pre Condition: Traffic lanes are pre treated for more effective soil removal.The pre spray is then agitated into the carpet using a contra rotating brush machine. The pre spray releases the soils from the carpet ready for extraction.
• Extract & Rinse. Once the soil has been loosened, our Hot water extraction machines will thoroughly clean the carpets, removing dirt, pollens and bacteria. Pressure and heat are controlled by the technician at the machine to ensure that your carpet never gets over wet.
• Post grooming of the carpet fibres
